Your child will be entering Kindergarten for the school year 2008-09. Please remember that all students entering Kindergarten, as mandated by the State of Florida, must provide a new immunization form prior to the beginning of the school year.
Please remember that original documents are needed for the school files; photocopies cannot
be accepted.
